The Aha Movement is rather unique. Unlike conventional therapy, I don't believe in hashing over the same issues session after session for years. I want to give you the tools that you need now so that you can also help yourself find greater happiness and fulfillment. I want you to take those "Aha" moments and run with them, so that they become a full-fledged "Aha Movement." Let your revelations take you on a journey of self-discovery. I'm here to teach you how to do that so you can become more independent and find balance and joy in your life.
My goal is to provide solution-centered Counseling/Coaching to help you break free from being stuck and guide you toward a life of forward-moving freedom, taking back your life through online Face-to-Face Therapy and Therapeutic Journalling. My goal is to guide you toward freedom, clarity, and confidence.
