What is the 3 2 1 journal method?

It's called 3-2-1 Journaling, and it's one of the simplest things you can do each morning to set yourself up for a great day. The premise is simple: every morning:

  • write down three things you're thankful for,

  • two things you're excited about,

  • and one thing you're going to accomplish that day.
