Planning Satisfaction

"Achievement without intention is empty of satisfaction" highlights the importance of purpose in driving fulfilment. While external achievements can be markers of success, they often lack lasting satisfaction when not aligned with a deeper, intentional purpose. This is because a lack of intention can lead to a sense of emptiness or a feeling of "success fatigue" despite external accomplishments. And, dear people, this is also a contributor to that horrible Imposter Syndrome feeling that sucks the joy of achievement out of your lives.

In Summary

No intention (plan/goal) + action = dissatisfied feelings

Intention (set goals/plans) + action = satisfaction
